Betty Coates was my nana, The best nana you could ever imagine.
She had a lovely smile, and she kept smiling until the very end.
Had some wise sayings that ill always remember.
She was a great cook and made the best fadgies ever!!
She left behind 5 daughters and one son.
Too many grandchildren and great grandchildren to mention! She loved every one of them and cared for them in a great way.
Im bettys youngest grand daughter and she taught me so much.
We all love and miss nana and always will.
Im left with a perminant piece from my heart missing and it will never be filled, until we meet again.
NANA you really were the best and ive got memories close to my heart that will never be forgotton.

Smiths Dock
I worked with Betty at Smiths Dock, she was such good fun! We never had a dull day when Betty was there, she would have us laughing all day. She was a funloving, and loving, lady. God Bless You Betty, I know you'll have everyone up there laughing too at the stories you always had to tell. xxx

Hi nana were thinking about you 2day and always, can't believe it's been 3 years nan i'm missin you so so much & Bruce is. I'm sure you visit Toby because he just comes out with Betty so randomly haha. He will always know about you nan i so wish you could of met him all you wanted was for me to have a baby because you know how much heartbreak i went through and i thoroughly believe you sent him to me & i thank you dearly for that. Hi Nana don't really know what to say, the 1st time i've been on here!! Firstly though i'd like to thank you for sending me Toby i just know you sent him to me nana, the best gift u could ever give me. I miss u so much nan i find myself wantin 2 visit u all the time when i'm comin down Marton Rd but then i remember ur not there & the times i've went 2 fone u & i remember! Thought u'd ov been here alot longer but the pain was too much in the end, but i never spoke 2 u that 1 last time, Bruce really misses u aswell nan & u loved him loads knowin that he was really good for me & protected me, u didn't have a bad word about him only that he was puttin the pounds on ha ha, he still is now.
